Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after Couch Shine acknowledges your request.
Payment: Payments can be made online, via UPI, or in cash after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices: All prices are subject to change and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customers are expected to:
Provide accurate contact details and service location.
Ensure the furniture and areas to be cleaned are accessible and safe for cleaning.
Inform Couch Shine of any pre-existing damage or fragile items before service.
Couch Shine is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects in furniture, fabrics, or materials.
While we use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products, some delicate materials may react differently. We recommend checking with our team before service.
Couch Shine does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or allergens. Results may vary based on furniture type and condition.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel bookings at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Rescheduling: Service dates can be rescheduled by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
Couch Shine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
Couch Shine offers service satisfaction guarantees. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
Refunds or re-cleaning will be provided at our discretion after review of the issue.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Damage caused by pre-existing furniture conditions
Stains or issues not removable by professional cleaning
Late claims beyond 24 hours of service completion
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
